Waldmeisterchen / Little Woodruff

Dieses Bärchen ist wieder etwas fantastisch geworden, ein Waldkoboldbärchen. Es heißt "Waldmeisterchen". Als ich das Stück Mohair eingefärbt hatte, wusste ich, es würde ein Waldbeschützer werden. Die blaue "Haut" und der rotbraune wuschelige Flor sind einfach perfekt für einen Kobold. Damit es auch alles sehen kann, was in seinem Wald vor sich geht, hat es zusätzlich ein doppeltes Halsgelenk. Außerdem hat es eingesetzte Ballen und eine abgesetzte Schnauze. Sein Mäulchen und seine Pfoten habe ich noch mit Stoffmalfarbe nachbearbeitet.

Da man seinen Wald gerodet hat, ist Waldmeisterchen jetzt heimatlos. Es sucht jetzt nach einem netten Zuhause, wo es vielleicht einen Garten beschützen kann. Besonders schön sind für ihn natürlich Waldspaziergänge, wo es dann andere Kobolde trifft, die noch einen Wald zum Beschützen haben.

Waldmeisterchen hat eine neue Heimat bei Yvonne gefunden. Langweilig wird es Waldmeisterchen sicher nicht werden, schließlich hat er in seinem neuen Zuhause viele fellige Geschwister! 

This teddybear is a quite fantastic one. It is a leprechaun bear and is called "little woodruff". When I dyed the piece of mohair, I knew it would be a forest protector. The blue "skin" and the untidy reddish brown pile fit so perfect for a leprechaun. Additionally it has a double neck joint so that it can see everything what's going on in its forest. Furthermore it has got extravagant paws and a seperatly sewed snout. Finally I added shades by using a textile marker on its nose and paws.

As its forest has been removed, "little woodruff" has no home any more. Now it is looking for a loving home where it may protect a garden. Of course, it is even more happy if you take it for a walk in a forest. There it sometimes meets other leprechauns, who still have a forest to look after.

Little woodruff found a new home at Yvonne's. There he has got many furry brothers to play with, so Little woodruff will surely never be bored!
