Halloweenchen und Halloweenly könnten nicht ohne einander auskommen, sie müssen zusammen bleiben. Natürlich ist das Fest, auf das sie sich das ganze Jahr lang freuen, Halloween. Neben diesem Event lieben sie Kürbissaft und Kürbiskerne.
Halloweenly ist aus meinem ersten selbst gefärbten Mohair gemacht und Halloweenchen zeigt an seinen Pfoten den ersten Filz, den ich gefärbt habe. Ich verwende nur natürliche Farbstoffe, in diesem Fall habe ich getrocknete Krappwurzeln, getrocknete Königskerzenblüten und getrocknete Birkenblätter verwendet. Vor dem Färben habe ich die Stoffe noch mit einem ungiftigen Salz, Alumen oder auch bekannt als Alaun, gebeizt. Der Schnitt entstand mit der Idee eines Kürbises.

Am 11. Oktober 2003 auf der "Euro Teddy" wurden sie getrennt. Ein nettes Ehepaar nahm Halloweenchen (mit der orangen Nase) mit. Jetzt hat Halloweenly (mit der schwarzen Nase) auch ein liebes Zuhause gefunden. Es ist jetzt froh, bei Nancy in Belgien gelandet zu sein.
May I introduce my seventh creation? They are twins, that means they are made of the same pattern but with different colours.
"Halloweenchen" and "Halloweenly" couldn't live without eachother, they need to stay together. Naturally, the event which they are looking forward to all year long is Halloween. Besides this feast they love pumpkin juice and pumpkin seeds.
Halloweenly is made of my first self-dyed mohair, and Halloweenchen's paws show my first self-dyed felt. I only use natural dyes, in this case I took the dry roots of Rubiae tinctorum mixed with dry leaves of birch and dry flowers of Verbascum. Before dying I prepared the mohair and the felt with Alumen, non-toxic salts. The pattern developed of the idea of a pumkin.

On 11th October 2003 at the fair "Euro Teddy" they were separated. A nice couple took Halloweenchen (with the orange nose) with them. Now Halloweenly (with the black nose) has also found a loving home! He is glad to live in Belgium with Nancy!
